Tell us in one sentence what you do: I work with clients to help lower their tax liability and run efficient businesses.
Your get up and go coffee? I like my coffee black or flavored.
What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at work? Make a coffee and a list to get done during the day.
Working lunch, yay or nay? Yay
What’s the last thing you do before you leave work for the day? Clean up my desks so I have a clean slate for tomorrow.
Do you leave work at the office or bring it home? Typically leave it at the office
What’s the best piece of career advice you have or have received? Always surround yourself with people smarter than you.
What is your greatest career accomplishment so far? Passing the CPA exam and the CFF exam.
How has AFWA impacted your career? It has shown me that there are strong and powerful women in the accounting profession and has encouraged me to get more involved.
