Speaker BIO:

Kimberly Stiener-Murphy is the Senior Regional Vice President for Robert Half, overseeing multiple divisions, including contract finance and accounting, administrative and customer service, and healthcare, and permanent finance and accounting practices throughout Sacramento, Central Valley and Reno-Tahoe areas. Kimberly joined the company in 1997 as a recruiting manager for what was then known as Robert Half’s OfficeTeam division and has since progressed into several leadership positions. She has more than 25 years of experience in staffing and human resources and is also a decorated U.S. Air Force Veteran. Kimberly has appeared on television and in print many times throughout her career and is a subject matter expert on career and HR trends affecting the current labor market.

Wendy Brenes is the Senior Program Manager for Learning and Development at Robert Half with over 20 years in learning and development. Wendy facilitates interactive learning experiences empowering people as they deepen skills, strengthen behaviors, and expand perspectives impacting their professional success. She manages the award-winning mentoring program, the Leadership Exchange, for Robert Half and has bolstered the mentoring culture across the global organization. She also leads a Lean In Circle bringing women together who have a shared passion for developing others. Wendy has a Bachelor’s Degree from CSUH and numerous certifications including: DiSC, MBTI, DDI Frontline Leader Facilitation, Co-Active Coaching, Human Centric Design Thinking, Instructional Design, and is a RH United Certified Mentor. Wendy has two young children, loves the outdoors, serves on the Board of Directors for Roy Gomm Elementary School PFA, and is the Steering Committee Chair for the Professional Women’s Group for Dress for Success: Reno-Northern Nevada.
